COCONUT PRODUCTS

All the raw materials to produce our Coconut Products come from organic plantations. We use only healthy, fresh and naturally grown coconuts, processed only by organic methods, which enables us to provide a fully healthy and valuable food products.

 

These products are 100% chemical-free, non-GMO, non-MSG, with no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, allergen-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, cholesterol-free, with a low Glycemic Index. They are, also referred, as Functional Food (giving health benefits beyond the nutritional benefits), Dietary Food and food suitable for a vegan diet.

 

COCONUT OIL

 

 

Produced are two basic types of coconut oil - RBD (refined, bleached, deodorized) usually made from copra and virgin oil. We offer only virgin coconut oils. They are produced only from fresh, mature nuts and naturally cold pressed within 3 days of the coconut harvest. Oils are not fermented or heated during processing. All along the pressing and process a cooling system is used, so the oils do  not  exceed  a  temperature  of  45 °C,  to keep all the valuable nutrients offered by the coconut. Virgin coconut oils are naturally free of trans-fatty acids. Our oils in liquid form looks like a clean, transparent water. Shelf life - 2 years.

 

We offer two different cold pressed coconut oils:

 

Extra Virgin -  it  has  a  wonderful  coco-nutty flavor with a sweet coconut aroma. It has a low content of fatty acids and peroxide values​​, which is considered very important in virgin coconut oil. It is 100% natural.

Universal Virgin - it has very light almost neutral taste and odor. It is particularly recommended for culinary use: as dressing, for cooking, deep or stir frying, because it does not affect the taste and smell of the food unlike other coconut oils. It has a high  smoke  point  -  above   200 °C  and   it   can   be  used  several times,  until it becomes brown in color - so it is very efficient in use. It is 100% natural.

COCONUT SUGAR & SYRUP

 

 

Coconut sugar was made from fresh coconut juice from the flowers of the coconut palm,  which  is harvested every 6 hours, and processed immediately.  It has a light

caramel flavor, uniform color from light brown to brown and is very sweet and aromatic. It has a low moisture content. It is 100% natural. Shelf life - 2 years.
Coconut sugar is a healthy alternative to regular sugar or other sweetening matter - has  a  low  GI (35).  It  is  also  much  richer  in  nutrients  than other sugars. It is a good source of potassium, iron, magnesium, zinc and vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, C).

 

Coconut syrup is prepared from freshly harvested coconut nectar, which is then evaporated in a natural way until it becomes a syrup having an average viscosity. This is a universal sweetener which has a gold-brown color and a delicious coconut-fruity aroma. Our coconut syrup has no added sugar cane. It is 100% natural. It has a low Glycemic Index - 35. Shelf life - 1 year. Coconut syrup can be an excellent substitute for honey or syrup for pancakes, can be used to sweeten juices, ice cream, yogurt, coffee, sauces and as well for cooking, baking and as an adjunct to many other dishes.

COCONUT FLOUR

 

 

Coconut flour is produced from fresh ripe coconut flesh which is finely cut, stripped of most of coconut oil (in the process of cold pressing), and then is finely grounded and vacuum dried to remove moisture. Coconut flour has a wonderful strong sweet coco-nutty flavor and is creamy white. It is 100% natural. It contains high  levels  of  dietary  fibers - 60%,  about  5%  of  the  natural  lauric  acid,  and 2% of  medium-chain  triglycerides  (MCT);  It  is  rich  in  protein.   At  the  same time it doesn’t contain cholesterol, trans fats, and it is gluten free and without allergens; an excellent vegan product. Shelf life - 1 year. Coconut flour is excellent for baking bread, cakes and pastries, as an addition to desserts, smoothies, muesli, fruit salad or yogurt. It can be used as a thickener for soups and sauces or filler for sausages and other food products. In baked goods it can replace up to 50% of a different gluten-free  flour  and  30%  of  ordinary  flour  gluten content. Coconut flour is also a great source of natural, healthy and tasty fiber.

COCONUT MILK

 

 

Coconut milk powder is produced from freshly squeezed coconut milk originating from selected mature coconuts which are spray-dried, which results in an instant product ready for immediate use. Coconut milk has an exotic coconut flavor and aroma,  delicious  delicate  sweetness  and a creamy white color.  It is 100% natural. It has a natural lauric acid and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), both without sugar,  cholesterol  and  trans  fats.  Shelf life - 1 year  (tightly closed in  a dry place at 15-21 ° C). Coconut milk when dissolved in water can be used for cocktails, ice creams, yoghurts and as a substitute for cow's or soy’s milk, while as instant (powder)  it  is  an  excellent  additive  to  coffee,  chocolate  drinks,  teas, and  also for cooking, baking, desserts, sweets, sauces and as an additive to other dishes.

 

Coconut  milk  chocolate  powder   is   made  from  freshly  harvested  cocoa beans of high quality, which, after fermentation are grounded to a paste, mixed with nectar   coconut   and   coconut   milk,   and   then   the  whole  is evaporated  until it becomes a granular powder. Coconut Milk chocolate has a chocolate-coconut flavor  and  a  wonderful sweetness from coconut nectar.  It  is 100% natural.  It has a    low    Glycemic    Index,     high    fiber     content    and natural    lauric    acid and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT). This is a dairy-free product, without sugar, cholesterol, trans fats, and allergens. Shelf life - 1 year. With coconut milk-chocolate powder, you can prepare a delicious chocolate-coconut milk drink by adding 3-4 tablespoons to a cup of hot or cold water. You can also apply them to pastries, cakes, porridge, cereals, smoothies and other dishes.

COCONUT COFFEE, TEA & CHOCOLATE

 

 

Coffee with coconut milk powder is formed from freshly harvested quality coffee beans,  which  are  finely  grounded  and  extracted,  and  then -  after the addition of coconut milk and coconut nectar - the whole is evaporated until a granular powder  is  obtained.   Coffee  with  coconut  milk  is  a  delicious,  quick and  easy to prepare coffee drink with a rich pure coffee flavor with a creamy coconut milk taste and a wonderful sweetness from coconut nectar. This product is 100% natural, dairy-free, without sugar, cholesterol, trans fats, and allergens. It has a low Glycemic Index. Shelf life - 1 year. Just add 1 tablespoon of coconut coffee powder into a cup of hot or cold water to obtain a delicious coffee drink.

 

Coconut-ginger tea powder is obtained from fresh juice of coconut palms flowers, to which is added ginger juice, and then the whole is evaporated to obtain a fine powder. Coconut-ginger tea is in the form of a light brown powder with a spicy ginger  flavor  and  exotic  sweetness  derived  from  coconut  nectar.   The product is 100% natural, dietary, without sugar and allergens. It has a low Glycemic Index. Shelf life - 1 year. In order to obtain a delicious coconut-ginger tea or a cold drink, dissolve in hot or cold water in the desired amount of powder. The product can also  be  used  as  a  natural ingredient for all kinds of cakes, pastries, sweets, jams or in addition to beer, wine and other beverages and dishes.

 

Chocolate coconut powder is made from freshly harvested cocoa beans of high quality, which, after fermentation are grounded to a paste and mixed with coconut nectar, and then the whole is evaporated until it becomes a granular powder. Chocolate Coconut has an exotic chocolate-coconut flavor and a wonderful delicate sweetness from coconut nectar. It is 100% natural. It has a low Glycemic Index, it is dairy-free, without sugar,  cholesterol, trans fats, and allergens. Shelf life - 1 year. With coconut chocolate powder a delicious chocolate drink may be prepared by the addition of 3-4 tablespoons of powder into a cup of hot or cold water.  You  can  also  use  it  to  pastries, cakes, porridge, cereals, smoothies  or as a topping for various dishes.

 

COCONUT SAUCES

 

 

Coconut sauces are made of coconut nectar, coconut nectar vinegar, coconut water and sun dried sea salt. Then, they are fermented and evaporated until they become medium viscous. When they get to the desired consistency (appropriate viscosity and density) – they are bottled and aged. During the aging process, they become more mellow and their subtle flavor qualities will develop appropriately.

 

Coconut sauces are universal. They have a tasty and tangy flavor - slightly sweet because of the coconut nectar, lightly sour because of the coconut vinegar and gently salty because of the sea salt. They have a dark brown color. Coconut sauces are  really  tasty  and  add  wonderful  flavors  when  using  them   as  an addition to desserts, marinades, or in the form of spices or substitutes of other popular sauces. The main flavor notes are:

coconut liquid aminos - slightly salty-tart flavor with a delicate coconut sweetness - versatile addition to cooked and fried foods, soups, sauces, marinades, sushi, etc.
coconut sauce aminos - slightly spicy-sour-salty flavor with a delicate coconut sweetness - perfect as a dip, spice, barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, steak sauce, marinade for grilled and cooked foods

coconut Asian sauce - slightly sweet flavor - perfect replacement for the Japanese teriyaki sauce, barbecue sauce, Korean and Chinese sweet sauce.

 

Coconut sauces are highly valued products because they have 17 important naturally occurring amino acids and are rich in natural nutritional values coming from coconuts. They are considered to be the healthiest replacements for sauces made out of soy among others. Each of our coconut sauce is 100% natural, non MSG, allergen-free, non GMO, soy free, preservatives free, without artificial flavoring and coloring, sugar free, gluten free and with a low Glycemic Index. COCONUT VINEGAR

 

 

Coconut wine vinegar is made exclusively from freshly collected and filtered pure coconut  juice,  which  is  fermented,  bottled  and  aged  for  an appropriate period of time as so the vinegar would become velvety and receives a balanced sweet-sour taste. This is a liquid with a light texture, yellow-golden color, delicate coconut exotic aroma and balanced delicious taste. Coconut wine vinegar is 100% natural, without   sugar,   artificial   flavoring,   coloring,   artificial   nutrients, MSG,  GMO, and allergens. It is perfect as a dietary product. Shelf life 3 years or more.

 

Coconut wine vinegar is a highly valued product, because it contains 17 valid naturally occurring amino acids; it has a much higher content of alkalizing minerals compared to other vinegars and it is rich in natural nutrients derived from  coconuts.  It  is  considered  the  healthiest  of  vinegars,   as  it  is  the richest in nutrients and minerals in comparison to other vinegars, including apple vinegar.


Spicy Coconut vinegar is enriched with a blend of herbs (including garlic, ginger, black pepper, chili) – it has a slightly sour-salty flavor enriched with coconut-fruit sweetness and sharp notes derived from herbs.

COCONUT FLAKES, CHIPS & NIBS

 

 

Coconut  flakes  are  made  from  freshly  harvested  mature  coconuts  whose flesh is cut into different sized patches. Then they are dried at low temperature, without the simultaneous frying processing. Coconut flakes have exotic coco-nutty flavor and golden-brown color. They are 100% natural. They have a low Glycemic Index - 35, and a high natural fiber content - more than 43%; they are dairy-free. Shelf life - 1 year.  Coconut  flakes  are  a  delicious  and  healthy  crunchy snack or addition to cereals, a topping for many products from fruit and vegetables, salads, yogurt, ice cream, bread, cakes, pastries and more.

 

Coconut crispy chips are made from the flesh of mature coconut and coconut juice.

The  coconut  meat  is  cut  into  chips,  coconut  juice  is  added,   then evaporated, and the chips are baked until they are crispy. Chips have a wonderful coco-nutty taste, exotic sweetness from the coconut sap, a light brown color and they are very, very  crunchy.  Coconut  Chips  are  100%  natural,  sugar  free, cholesterol free, with a low Glycemic Index and high dietary fiber content. Shelf life - more than 1 year in a dry place at room temperature. It is a great healthy snack food and an exotic addition to breakfast cereals, ice cream, desserts, vegetable or fruit salads, yogurts, bread, cakes and pastries.

 

Coconut cacao nibs are made from freshly harvested cocoa beans of high quality, which, after fermentation are processed to obtain coconut shavings. Then the nibs are mixed with coconut nectar and subjected to natural drying process. Coconut cacao  nibs  have  a  wonderful  chocolate  flavor  enriched  by the exotic sweetness of the coconut nectar. They are 100% natural. They have a low Glycemic Index, they are sugar-free, gluten-free, no trans fat, cholesterol-free, dairy-free and therefore also excellent for vegans. They also have a high energy content, containing significant   amounts   of  antioxidants.   Shelf life  -  1 year.   Coconut cacao nibs are a tasty and healthy snack ready-to-eat, a great addition to cereals, smoothies, yogurt, ice cream or topping for cakes, pastries, salads and other dishes.

CHAMPORADO

 

 

Champorado with coconut and chocolate is a product containing glutinous rice crops from clean non-GMO, high-quality cocoa, coconut milk and coconut nectar that   has   been  sourced   from   selected   coconuts.   After  cooking champorado, it  becomes  a  delicious  and  healthy rice with exotic chocolate-coconut flavor and a  wonderful  sweetness  from  coconut  nectar.   It   is  100% natural.  This  product is dairy-free, without sugar, cholesterol and trans fats; it is gluten-free, allergens free  and  perfect  for  vegans.   It   has  a  low  Glycemic Index.   Shelf  life - 1 year. To  obtain  a  finished  chocolate  coconut  rice  it  is enough to add 500 ml of water and 250 g of champorado - boil it for 15 minutes.

COCONUT FIBER & JAM

 

 

Coconut fiber is made from selected high quality coconut meat. Production takes place at low temperature and under special scrutiny in order to receive a high quality  product.  Our  fiber  is  a  very  fine  powder,  with  a  white  to cream color, has an exotic coconut taste and a sweet aroma. It contains 20% MCT from virgin coconut  oil  and   70%   dietary  fiber  -  that   is   3-4   times  more  fiber contained in psylium, oats or rice bran and others foods. Coconut Fiber is 100% natural, cholesterol free, gluten free, no additives, without artificial flavoring and coloring, allergens free, non-GMO, it is perfect as a dietary food and food for a vegan diet. Shelf life - 1 year at room temperature.

 

Coconut Fiber can be directly eaten, added to water, yogurts and other beverages like juices, coffee, smoothies, added to salads, ice cream, rice, pastas, soups, sauces, fruits or vegetables. It can also be used in baking cakes, cookies and many others pastries.

 

Coconut jam is made ​​from selected high quality coconuts. It has a creamy consistency and a wonderful coconut taste and aroma. It is 100% natural. The jam ingredients  are  purely made from coconuts, such as milk,  nectar and sugar,  with
