Coconut Flour Flax Bread

(gluten free)

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted

  • 1/2 cup flax seeds, ground

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 5 eggs

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/8 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

 

Making:

 

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. Grease a small loaf pan.

STEP 2: Mix all the dry ingredients together.

STEP 3: Combine all the wet ingredients.

STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet and beat well. Batter will be thick.

STEP 5: Pour into loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

STEP 6: Cool completely before slicing.

Note: For more moisture bread, the water in the recipe can be replaced with yogurt.
