At the same time much better than sports or energy drinks it moisturizes the human body during a long period of physical activity, when the body loses fluids with valuable minerals. Coconut water is an excellent source of potassium and natural sugar - as much as 294 mg of potassium and 5 mg of sugar per cup, contrary to popular sports drinks that contain only half the potassium content and up to five times as much of processed sugar.

 

• It promotes lowering blood pressure, normal heart rate, brain, muscle and kidney, owing to a balanced content of the five most necessary electrolytes for the body - potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium and phosphorus. It is therefore advantageous to drink Coconut water at the beginning of each day, to ensure a balance of these electrolytes.
